In August of 2023 David Smith, Tits Rinkis and Pat Minervini (Pasquale) came together to center around brilliant cutting and the construction of a new cutting lathe for Dave in Torquay, England.

 

From our exchange of collective skills and experiences, we decided to form a Brilliant Cutting Consortium between us three with the goal of “Keeping the Craft Alive”

 

Our first offering for summer 2024 will be 3 day, one on one, brilliant cutting classes.This year’s classes will be with Tits in Riga, Latvia and Pasquale in Littleton, Colorado.
